Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Object of the contract

These terms and conditions govern the sale of products on the Ricami Veronica Taormina website. By placing an order, the customer declares having read and fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Custom Products and Responsibilities

• Accuracy: The customer is solely responsible for the information entered for personalization (text, dates, colors, images). Once the order is confirmed, changes cannot be guaranteed.

• Previews: Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Small variations in color or finish from what appears on screen are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

3. Prices and Payment

• All prices are indicated in Euros and include VAT.

• Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the methods indicated at checkout. Production will only begin once payment has been received.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Production times: Since these are custom-made products, processing times are estimated at 1-10 working days, plus shipping times.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or force majeure events.

5. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

As stated in our Return Policy, pursuant to the Consumer Code (Art. 59), the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made or clearly personalized goods. The purchase is therefore final, except in the case of a defective or non-compliant product.

6. Warranty and Complaints

In the event of a defective product or manufacturing error on our part, the customer must report the issue within 72 hours of delivery by email to taorminaricamiveronica@gmail.com, attaching photographic documentation. We will replace or refund the item after verification.

7. Applicable Law

The sales contract is governed by Italian law. Any disputes will be settled by the court of Messina.
