📦 Return Policy for Customized Products

Thank you for choosing our unique products! Since each item is made specifically to your request and personalized, we ask you to carefully read our terms and conditions:

1. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized. Therefore, you cannot request a return or exchange if you have changed your mind or if you do not like the customization you chose.

2. Defective Products or Manufacturing Errors

The only exception is for products with manufacturing defects or obvious damage. In this case:

• Reporting: Contact us within 72 hours of receiving the package at taorminaricamiveronica@gmail.com.

• Photographic Proof: We will ask you to send us a photo of the defect you find along with your order number.

• Solution: If the defect is confirmed, we will replace the product or provide a full refund at our expense.

3. Responsibility for the Data Entered

Please carefully check any drafts, text, names, or dates before confirming your order. We are not responsible for typos or incorrect choices made by the customer during the purchase process.
